You will be able to gain awareness of the potential for pleasure that is within you: in your bodily sensations, your breath, conscious movement, voice…

In this workshop we invite you to consciously explore the links between personal boundaries, pleasure, and intimacy.

You will be able to experience a series of activities centered on the body that will help you to have a better understanding of your relationship to your needs, your desires, and your personal limits. How well do you know your own preferences? Are you able to ask for what you need? Can you express your ´no´ as well as your ´yes´? Can you recognize your own limits and those of others and joyfully co-create your encounters?

The practices that you will learn in the workshop will help you to enrich your intimacy with others.

This workshop is about you exploring your own pleasure. Together, we will create a respectful and caring space where you will begin to map your pleasure. It will be a journey of the senses that will connect you with your body and the richness of your sensations.

From this experience, you will understand the foundations of our focus on embodied sexuality, which you will have the opportunity to explore in our training course.
